Fordyce Trail 12" Slate Round

One thing that we are passionate about here at MORRFlate, is trail advocacy. One of the main goals of the company when we started in January 2017, was to help funnel funds back into our trails to help fight expensive lawsuits, litigations, help with lobbying, and maintenance projects. Since then, we have donated just over $93,000.00 back into trails and local offroad communities. And we are out to do more.

With the Trail Slate Rounds, if you want to hang them on a wall, we recommend keeping them raw, as the engrave stands out best when it is raw. If you want to use the round as a trivet, we recommend sealing the slate with a SEMI GLOSS clear coat such as Rustoleum's 2x Clear Coat semi gloss. This will help keep the slate from getting stained, and give the best contrast for the laser engraving to continue to pop.

There are a LOT of wall mount options for slate. You can drill holes in the slate and put a wall anchor in drywall with a screw through the slate. You can get plate/dish hangers. You can get mirror hanging brackets. Lots of options out there for wall mount. Visit your favorite Home Depot or Lowes for wall hanging options/ideas.
