We do not believe in haggling over returns. If you are not happy, you are not happy, and our job is to deliver off-road happiness. Just package up the items you want to send back and include our Return Authorization Form. We process the refund to your original payment method within 1 week of receiving the item.

We do not charge restocking fees, but we cannot provide a return shipping label for standard returns at this time. You will need to ship the return yourself.

If your item stopped functioning, reach out to discuss a warranty. MORRFlate branded hose kits carry an unlimited, no-charge lifetime warranty. Everything else carries an unlimited, no-charge 3-year warranty plus the applicable lifetime manufacturer warranty.

We build our gear for rugged environments. If the product is broken because of the product, we will fix it. We may ask a few questions to help us improve the product, but user modifications void the item's warranty.

To process a warranty, fill out the form below. We will email you within 24 hours, send your replacement order at no charge, and include a return shipping label for the warranty item. When the replacement arrives, move the warranty item into the box, tape it up, apply the return label, and drop it off with UPS.
