Product Notice

Our PSI Pro compressor can still operate like the regular TenSix by utilizing the "Tank Mode" on it. This compressor is not designed for 1 tire at a time. You can still air up a single flat if you need to, but the duty cycle dwindles to 8-10min doing 1 tire at a time. Airing up an entire vehicle, 1 tire at a time, will damage the TenSix. It just simply puts out too much air and is optimized for 4 tires at a time.

  • 10.6 CFM dual cylinder compressor at 0 PSI
  • 6.5 CFM at 30 psi
  • 150 psi rated
  • PSI Cutoff Switch (80psi on, 120psi off)
  • Thermal Cutoff Switch & Purge Valve
  • 80% duty cycle @ 0psi (45min on, 10min off) (6-8 vehicles) (see duty cycle chart)
  • 12v, 90amps peak, ~50amp running
  • 14x7x9" external dimensions
  • 70-75 dB noise level from 1ft distance
  • Beefed up carrying bag with accessory pockets
  • Threaded filter caps so the compressor can now be mounted in any direction/orientation (except upside down)
  • USA Standard color matched air fitting - Push-to-connect "Universal" Coupler (Works with 1/4" Industrial, Auto, or Aro fittings)
  • WARNING: Compressors get hot! Recommended to wear the includedMORRFlate Groovy Gloveswhile disconnecting air fittings.
  • Since the TenSix™ is rated for 10.6 CFM, it is highly recommended to use with aMORRFlate 4 Tire Inflation & Deflation™ Kitto avoid back pressures on the compressor from filling 1 tire at a time.
  • 3 Year "No Hassle" Warranty!

Gen2 Upgrades (Also, now unique to only MORRFlate):

  • Stainless Steel Outlet Hose (for better heat dissipation and heat sinking)
  • Purge Valve (to release the internal pressures when done)
  • Resized Aluminum heat sinks (upgraded from ABS so they actually fit the cylinders and works as a heat sink)
  • Internal aluminum cylinders (upgraded from mild steel to dissipate heat better)
  • New piston rings (better material for wear and heat resistance longevity).

MORRFlate TenSix Portable 12v Off Road Air Compressor - Gen2

Description

Introducing our latest project! The MORRFlate TenSix 12v Portable Off Road Air Compressor!

This beast will take care of all of your portable off road air needs. Twice as fast as Smittybilt 2781s, and 58% faster than a Twin ARB! The big story that makes the TenSix™ shine, is what happens when you combine it with a MORRFlate 4 Tire Kit™:

Regular tire valve stems (and most after market valve stems) use a valve core called a "Schrader Valve". With the Schrader Valve still inside your tire's valve stems, that makes an opening of roughly 1/16" (or smaller!). 1/16" openings are only rated for about 1.8 to 2 CFM (cubic feet per minute) of air flow at 20 psi (now, that CFM rating goes up as you "push" with more pressure, such as a CO2 tank, or a pressurized on board air tank, and it goes down as far as .8 CFM at 0 psi). By running straight off of a compressor with no tank in the mix, your tires can only really accept about 2 CFM of air flow at a time. So, by using other popular compressors on the market that flow 5.65 CFM or 6.2 CFM, and doing 1 tire at a time, you aren't able to get the full use and output of those compressors due to the bottleneck of air flow at your tire's valve stem. The "useable CFM" while doing 1 tire at a time is really only 2-3 CFM for the pressures that we run in tires while off roading. That means that not only are you not getting the best efficiency from your compressor, but you are creating a backlog of pressure on your compressor, making it work harder, and possibly fail prematurely.

Now with MORRFlate's 4 Tire Air Kits, we can finally start making use of higher CFM compressors. By combining the air flow from 4 tires at the same time, we can theoretically make use of a full 8-12 CFM of air flow without creating any bottlenecks or back pressures on your compressor. Which is why we have designed and come out with a compressor that pushes a monstrous 10.6 CFM! Thus making use of the "useable" air flow for airing up off road vehicles!

Comparing a TenSix™ on a MORRFlate 4 Tire Quad Kit, to a 6.2 CFM compressor on a single tire, you wont see just a 58% decrease in air up times, you should see a theoretical 300-400% decrease in air up times! Pretty crazy! Do your own comparisons and let all of your friends know your feedback!

I order the complete package including the 12v air compressor, air hub, and 155" air hose kit for a recent Colorado road trip in my Jeep. When I first used the products, I couldn't get the air hub and hose kit to work together. Thankfully, I had cell service and I called Morrflate and spoke to Ben, the shipping manager. I explained my situation and he quickly provided a solution. He said that I should not have received the air manifold on the hose kit and that he would mail out the retro kit. I continued to use the hose kit with the air manifold without any problems. I aired up and down my Jeep and my buddies Jeep many times. I've not had a chance to use the air hub yet. Morrflate proved me with excellent customer service. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I’m new to off-roading and researched many other systems and methods before buying the Morrflate compressor. With that said after using it I ask, why would you air up/down any other way? Works as advertised. I recommend to people on the trail who walk up and ask me questions about it. Great product!

The only issue is I should have bought one sooner! Used it this past weekend. It literally took my 35s from 10 PSI to 35 PSI in 5 minutes! Just buy it, you won't regret it!

I have only used if a few times but I do like how fast it aired my tires from 15 psi to 40 psi on a set of 37 inch tires and the ease of putting it all away when I was done

We started off with the smaller Milwaukee air compressor. Which did a great job. I ordered the Morrflate TenSix Portable. Which does a awesome job. We also sold our Milwaukee and purchased another TenSix for my wife's jeep. If your in the market for a compressor look no farther. I can air up from 10lbs to 27lbs in the time it takes someone to air up one tire!

I haven’t had a chance yet in real world conditions, but I gave it a test run on our Sprinter Campervan. Aired all 4 tires down to 20psi and back up to 60 front and 70 rear in less than 10 minutes. Can’t wait to take it out on the trail!

Very pleased with the system and impressed by the quality.

This compressor works great, it airs 4 tires back up in very little time.

Airing up & down takes way less time with this combined with the 4-way hose kit. I've always considered the task part of the trip and didn't mind the time it took, but when it takes even less time (especially in crappy weather) that's a worthy upgrade.

Everything worked great.

Worked better than I coukd have imagined. Big tires, all 4 at the same time, went from 15 to 50psi in under 5 minutes.

I just wanted to sincerely thank you for this. Many companies claim to offer “no questions asked” warranties, but Morrflate is the first I’ve worked with that truly delivers on that promise. I was honestly expecting an email asking for shipping payment, so the fact that you’re sending a replacement entirely on the company’s dime really says a lot about Morrflate’s integrity and commitment to its customers. I truly appreciate it.

I recently bought a viair 450 rv compressor to air up my jeep with 40in tires. My off road group i recently joined is doing more trails that require some street driving. After a trip last week, I had to air up from 7 to 25 psi. After 45 min I still wasn't close to 25. I was so disappointed in the performance. A friend told me about an ARB double motor compressor. In doing research, I came across a comparison between yours and an ARB double motor. Yours smoked the ARB! Mine just came today and it inflated 4 of my 40in tires from 5 to 25psi in under 8 min. I am astounded! Plus.. I bought the one where you set the psi desired and it does it automatically! Gotta let you know, you have an awesome product! And at a much lower price than the ARB. Thank you so much! Ron

Ok, so after seeing all the good reviews and seeing the 10 6 in action. I decided to pull the MF'er trigger. I got the auto hub and 10 6 compressor with the 4 tire hose kit. Wow, air down 40s from 34 psi to 10 in 6 minutes, inflate from 10 psi to 32 psi in 6 minutes 50 seconds. So nice no having to baby sit air down or air up ..big win in my book.. Thanks Morrflate... I've been meaning to reply and say thank you. I brought the old one in, they checked it out, didn't see anything obviously wrong. Advised me on best use (ie how he keeps it dry and cleaner in wet/snow conditions). Asked about my rig and battery and thought it could have been voltage drop. Then handed me a brand new one! Amazing customer service! I used the new one the next day and watched as the voltage with the vehicle running went from 13.5 to 11.6 filling just my tires. I think Ben was right and I feel bad!! It never occurred to me to just hook up to the other truck!

This setup is worth every penny! I got the 4-Hose setup, the adapter kit and the ten/six compressor. This is a total game changer. I was previously using a set of individual tire deflators and a single cylinder smittybuilt compressor. I got a little grief from my wife when I dropped the $’s. That stopped once we used it on our first trail. This new setup saves time on both airing down and up. My 35’s went from 10psi to 32 in a little over 3 minutes. It took longer to unroll the hoses. The only problem I foresee, is that I am probably going to be airing up lots of my friends 4x4’s.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! The compressor is strong running, simple to use, and actually pretty quiet! I bought this TenSix Gen-2 and the 155 Four tire hose kit, and love. A real game changer. The compressor, hose, fittings, everything is really good quality! The customer service is just as top notch!!! Super awesome! If you're on the fence, take the jump my friend! You won't be disappointed! (37" on a 2500HD, and all my other cars when on a road trip)

Badass compressor. Makes airing up after getting off the trail so simple. It’s a great compressor. I keep it in my work truck just in case when I’m not on the trail. Saved my butt a few times 100% worth it

INSANELY fast. I purchased this compressor and have it with a 4 tire inflation kit. It airs my 4 35" tires from 10psi to 32psi before my friends can get 1 tire done with their compressors. The bad is now I fill everyone else's tires. I almost built another york compressor for my new jeep, but decided to go with morrflate for the ability to use it in all my vehicles. Its fast, quiet and runs cool. Live the braided airline and standard airline chuck. Shipping was fast and quality is great

I have this paired with the 125” quad tire hose kit. To air-up from 15 to 35 in around 5 minutes, all four tires at that, will recommend this product. Just don’t be me and not turn your truck on and drain your battery when using this. Lol

I originally purchased the Morrflate 125" quad tire kit and used it with my Viair compressor and was amazed at the convenience but then I purchased the Morrflate TenSix portable compressor and wow what a difference. This setup is everything they say and more. It's been a little more than a year now and I am so happy I with this setup.

The Compressor works great. It inflates tires quickly. Took a trip to Utah and used several times to deflate and inflate my tires. 👍

G

I switched from a Viair that would take about 10 minutes per tire. Now I can go from 18-35psi on ALL four tires on my Tacoma in about 3 minutes and all automatically. Its a game changer and I am not going back

Have the compressed for a little over a year now works great fast fill the tires and deflate have had no problems
